Position : Technical Support Engineer

Location : Fribourg, Switzerland

Profile : Exp in level 2 and 3 support, pharmaceutical or medical device environment - Focus immuno / hemato sectors

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our team in the canton of Fribourg for our client, specialized in medical devices.

Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to our affiliates and distributors
Resolve customer concerns and inquiries and escalate them to the appropriate services within the organization if necessary
Design, organize and conduct internal and external technical instrument training
Deisgn and develop e-learnings and virtual trainings
Perform coaching sessions for field Service Engineers
You are involved in complaint review, analysis and trending process based on the performance metrics
Establish a communication channels with our stakeholders

Profile :

Background in biologics sector - Immuno / hemato

Field experience with laboratory systems

Fluency in English. French and / or German a plus

Good computer skills (hardware and software, databases, MS-Office)

Problem-solving oriented
