Your Mission

Design and execute high-throughput molecular biology workflows, including sophisticated library construction, systematic colony selection, and advanced next-generation sequencing protocols

Master cutting-edge robotic platforms and automated laboratory equipment to ensure seamless high-throughput operations and optimal performance

Ensure compliance with rigorous Standard Operating Procedures while maintaining meticulous documentation standards and systematic data archiving

Analyze experimental workflows critically across all development phases, identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions to boost efficiency and reliability

Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights through comprehensive analysis, interpretation, and professional documentation of results

What You Bring

Professional foundation : Completed apprenticeship as Laboratory Technician or Bachelor's / Master's degree in Molecular Biology, with protein biochemistry experience being a valuable asset

Operational excellence : Strong capability in managing multiple repetitive laboratory operations simultaneously while maintaining precision and quality standards

Technical expertise : Proven proficiency in molecular biology experimental design, data interpretation, and process optimization recommendations

Scientific knowledge : Solid understanding of microbiological principles and their practical applications

Communication skills : Effective English communication abilities for seamless collaboration in international research environments

Team collaboration : Enthusiasm for working within diverse, multidisciplinary teams and contributing to collective success
