Sie gewinnen Einblick in die Anliegen unserer Mitgliedfirmen und werden einen aktiven Beitrag leisten, deren ‚License to Operate‘ zu sichern. Sie prägen die Kommunikation des Verbands massgeblich und messbar mit. Sie werden selbständig Projekte planen und führen und dabei die Fachexpertise der Mitarbeiter bei Interpharma und der Mitgliedsfirmen einholen.
Was Sie mitbringen
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle von Schweizer Politik und Medienarbeit mit – politische Kommunikation gehört für Sie zum beruflichen Alltag.
- Sie haben bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation und / oder Journalismus und sind es gewohnt, mit anzupacken und Projekte praktisch umzusetzen. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen.
- Sie schreiben stilsicher und bereiten Themen inhaltlich und redaktionell für verschiedene Formate und Kanäle auf, darunter Webseiten, Newsletter, Social Media, Präsentationen und Pressemitteilungen. Ihre Fähigkeit, prägnante und ansprechende Texte zu verfassen, ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Botschaften des Unternehmens effektiv zu kommunizieren und die Aufmerksamkeit der Leser zu gewinnen
- Sie wissen, wie man komplexe Sachverhalte in einfache und auf die jeweilige Zielgruppe zugeschnittene Botschaften übersetzt.
- Den zielgerichteten Einsatz aller Kommunikationskanäle inkl. Social Media kennen Sie nicht nur aus der Theorie - Sie wissen was möglich ist und erwägen, was sinnvoll ist.
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Journalisten und beantworten Medienanfragen ebenso souverän wie Sie Stakeholder-Veranstaltungen mitgestalten und unsere Branche vertreten.
- Sie interessieren sich überdurchschnittlich für den Schweizer Gesundheitsmarkt insbesondere Pharma, sowie den Forschungs- und Innovationstandort Schweiz
- Sie sind eine gewinnende, positive und engagierte Persönlichkeit, der es leichtfällt, Kontakte zu Kollegen, den Mitgliedsunternehmen, Medien und anderen wichtigen Stakeholdern zu knüpfen und zu pflegen.
- Sie kommunizieren gekonnt und stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch und verfügen über gute Französischkenntnisse.
