Tax Specialist- Advisory Team Main responsabilitiesProvide high quality advice and support on FATCA, CRS and QI rules acting as a first contact instance for businessAnalyse complex cases together with Compliance WM at onboardingLiase with all major stakeholders, coordinate and review solutions from a US tax and CRS perspectiveDraft and update internal processes and procedures relating to QI (QDD), FATCA and CRS (Compliance Program)Draft and update client tax documentation as well as communications to the Front Office and ClientsAct as an escalation unit for the Client Documentation Team and provide advice to Tax ServicesGive training on QI, FATCA and CRS to the Front Office and Client Documentation TeamsProvide high quality advice and support on QI, FATCA and CRS rules to the booking centers outside Switzerland.Assess tax risk in accordance with AMLAAssess tax compliance of complex structures as well as transactions, also with a view to identify potential tax offensesParticipate in central i.e. Swiss-wide or international Tax Compliance initiativesHandling the day-to-day Tax ComplianceTrain employees team and front officeExperience required<>

• Experience in financial services industry as Risk / Compliance Officer of which at least 3 years in a similar function<>
• Subject matter expertise on FATCA, CRS and QI rules<>
• Capacity to deal with several matters simultaneously;<>
• Able to analyze and review wealth and legal structures from a tax compliance perspective<>
• Well versed on regulations and documentation in relation to onboarding of US clientsAn assignment as a tax advisor...
