Description de posteFinancial studies or commercial apprenticeship in a financial institution, preferably a bank Minimum 5 years of experience in a teller role or back-office cash role Comfortable handling banknotes and cash transactions; sometimes big amounts of money Strong attention to detail and interest in reconciliation and numbers Proficient in Excel (macros not required) and common banking IT applications (knowledge of S2i, GTexchange, GTmatch is a plus) Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Clear and concise communication skills Fluent in French with very good English skills Knowledge of Forex and Money Market operations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Processing teller desk transactions (cash deposits, withdrawals, currency exchanges)
- Managing banknote stocks
- Handling check transactions and prepaid card operations
- Following up on cash reconciliations
- Assisting clients with safe deposit box visits
- Processing client invoice payments
- Supporting the Middle Office Cash team with administrative tasks
