Known for Swiss-level precision and innovation, they are looking for a proactive Process Engineer to bridge the gap between concept and series production, driving the digitization of their manufacturing landscape.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a pivotal link between departments, managing projects that ensure production remains cutting-edge and efficient.

  • Project Leadership: Own cross-functional projects from the initial concept phase through to final implementation.

  • Digital Transformation: Design and optimize digital production processes, integrating "Smart Factory" and Industry 4.0 principles into daily operations.

  • Process Architecture: Develop and maintain work plans, master data, and technical documentation to guarantee sustainable, high-volume production safety.

  • Strategic Analysis: Create data-driven decision bases for internal approval processes and perform deep-dive analyses on components and workflows.

  • Lifecycle Management: Ensure all project milestones, budgets, and technical objectives are met, providing comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.

  • Global Collaboration: Support international locations and attend industry trade fairs as a technical representative (approx. once per month).

Your Profile

  • Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Expertise: Proven experience in project management, logistics, and process optimization within a sophisticated industrial environment.

  • Digital Mindset: A strong affinity for Industry 4.0 and Lean Management, with the ability to map complex production steps into digital systems.

  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and MS Office.

  • Languages: Native/Excellent German and professional fluency in English are essential.

  • Soft Skills: You possess an analytical, "networked" way of thinking and are known for your independent, precise work ethic.
