Responsable Marketing Retail - (M/F/D)
En report direct au MD vos principales missions seront de :
- Manager une petite équipe (aujourd'hui une personne, deux à moyen terme)
- Assurer le suivi du plan marketing en lien avec le calendrier commercial
- Animer quotidiennement les ventes vs objectifs en période promotionnelle, proposer des ajustements en collaboration avec l'équipe data
- Professionnaliser la fonction marketing en mettant en place des KPIs afin de mesurer le ROI des actions marketing
- Définir et piloter le budget marketing
- Valider avec les agences de communication le contenu de nos campagnes (shooting vidéo et / ou photos)
- Animer la communauté en s'assurant de la cohérence des messages sur les réseaux sociaux
- Analyser l'image de marque et proposer des actions marketing offline et online
- Être garant de la mise à jour du site corporate
- Développer l'image de marque et la notoriété en particulier en Suisse Alémanique
- Renouveler les messages, trouver de nouvelles approches créatives pour amener du trafic en magasin
- Améliorer l'expérience et le suivi client
- S'assurer de la cohérence ou adaptation du message et de la communication au niveau national
- Un minimum de 5-7ans d'expérience en marketing opérationnel dans le retail (>
30 points de vente)
- Vous avez la compréhension des leviers du digital
- Vous aimez analyser les données et avez une forte orientation vente / résultats
- Vous avez l'habitude de travailler selon un calendrier rythmé par les promotions saisonnières et avez une bonne résistance au stress
- Vous aimez les tâches variées
- Fr C2, Ang C1, idéalement niveau B2 en Allemand
- Le poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers en suisse romande et Suisse Alémanique pour collaborer avec les équipes en local.
