Job Description

Job in a nutshell

Reporting to the Head of Creation, you will be responsible for driving forward the design vision on our own web and corporate channels (webpages, emailings, newsletters, etc.

You will also supervise a team of three designers, as well as ensure a smooth collaboration with the project management, development, copywriting and integration teams.

Key responsibilities

As a Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development of our creative team. Your mission will be to bring a creative design vision to take the brand further.

In your leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the design marketing team to ensure that our projects meet the highest quality standards and fulfill the needs of our requesters and clients.

Key responsibilities

Creative & design vision :

Drive creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging the generation of new ideas and the exploration of unconventional approaches to problem-solving.

Create innovative and attractive design concepts and materials, taking into account the latest trends and best practices in the sector.

Team management :

Lead, organise, and inspire a team of creative designers by fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment. Allocate resources and manage tasks efficiently to ensure optimal results.

Continuous innovation :

Pursue a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to push the boundaries of design to deliver unique and creative solutions.

C ollaboration :

Strengthen collaboration between design teams and other teams / departments to ensure that all products and services meet customers' needs while complying with the brand's identity and requirements.

Project supervision :

Oversee all aspects of the design process, from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality and consistency.

Strengthening brand identity :

Ensure design consistency between the different communication channels, developing and maintaining ad-hoc guidelines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate

• Minumum 8 years of experience in a web design-related position (UX / UI)
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe creative apps)
• Strongly organised, autonomous and result-oriented
• Excellent oral / written communication, collaboration & influencing skills
• High-energy, hard-working team player
• Education to bachelor / master’s degree level
• Fluent in French, good English skills
• Previous experience in web communication agency or in fintech or retail finance business is a plus
