Main responsibilities
- Offer functional and disciplinary guidance while fostering the ongoing development of the HR Services team in alignment with servant leadership principles (8 direct reports in total)
- Lead the implementation of standardized digital solutions across the organization, aimed at automating all pertinent HR processes on a group-wide scale
- Collaborate with your team to effectively manage and constantly enhance HR processes, seeking streamlined solutions across the entire employee lifecycle, all while aligning with the organization's business objectives
- Manage the annual compensation process, including providing salary benchmarks, administering bonus programs, and working with your team to communicate the annual salary review process
- Conceptual and content design and development of salary and bonus systems
- Preparation of the annual personnel cost budget and participation in the annual preparation of the compensation and sustainability report together with your team
- Take responsibility for HR reporting & controlling, closely monitoring and analyzing digital metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement
- Competence center for issues related to salary, bonuses, benefits, social insurance, and pension fund
- Ensure best possible collaboration with and service to other HR functions (Onboarding, contract management, exits, etc.)
- Present to and discuss topics with C-Level, the EB and BoD
Your profile
- Higher Degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Management, etc.)
- Several years of practical leadership experience in HR Services, Process Management, or other related areas in an international company or start-up environment
- Deep experience in digitalization and automation of HR processes and affinity for modern and lean IT technologies, including HR information systems (payroll tools, etc.)
- Expertise in (Swiss) employment and social security law
- Extensive process management experience
- Strong leadership skills based on servant leadership principles, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, manage change, and drive innovation
- Entrepreneurial and outcome-oriented thinking coupled with a pragmatic can-do attitude
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development with a high flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly to new, complex issues and requirements
- Fluency in English required, additional German and French an asset
