CRM Campaign & Digital Experience Coordinator

RESPONSABIBILITIES
The mission is to define the digital strategy with the objective of improving the customers' digital experience. He / she will lead our digital campaigns and optimize our presence on key digital channels with the purpose of contributing to return on sales through generating more leads and improving conversion rates.
He / she will also define how to optimise the customer journey across the CRM channels and execute bespoke campaigns throughout the year.
Responsible for key digital channels
- Ensures optimal animation of the website, monitors performance and optimizes its referencing
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure website updates and integration of new content
- Works closely with external supplier for product-related and sales-related content updates on website
- Monitors key KPIs and makes recommendations to optimize the website
- Supports the manager in managing the budget for key digital channels
Coordination of campaigns and events on the most important digital channels
- Planning and coordination of online campaigns (product launches, sales campaigns, etc.)
- Implementing campaigns in collaboration with headquarters.
- Monitoring key KPIs of brand campaigns and recommending their optimization
- Co-organization of various events and promotional activities
- Actively supports the sales network with digital know-how
Lead CRM campaigns across owned channels
- Identify the right channels and instruments for specific campaigns.
- Coordinate all relevant stakeholders for the design and execution of the campaigns
- Measure the profitability of individual channels and campaigns, suggest improvements and further developments
PROFILE
- Educational level : University education in the field of marketing with a focus on digital marketing
- Experience : Previous experience in digital media management and / or a digital agency is a plus
- Technical Skills :
Proficient in CMS systems (in particular Episerver and Wordpress)
Proficient in digital tracking systems (Google Analytics) and tracking URLs (UTMs)
Understanding and analytical ability of digital KPIs (owned and paid media)
- Language skills : German or French native speaker, with excellent knowledge of the other language, good English skills, Italian is an advantage
- Other : Discipline, autonomy, curiosity and creativity
