Head of Operations H/F
Notre client, un groupe de renom dans le canton de Vaud, souhaite renforcer ses équipes grâce au recrutement dun Head of Operations H / F .
Cette opportunité est un poste stratégique qui répond directement au CEO.
Vos responsabilités :
- Assurer la gestion de lensemble de production (environ une 40aine de personnes)
- Metre en oeuvre la stratégie opérationnelle afin doptimiser lefficacité, la qualité et la rentabilité des activités
- Piloter des projets damélioration continue afin doptimiser les processus et les systèmes de production
- Développer et maintenir des plans de gestion des risques et des plans de contingence pour les opérations
- Mettre en place les indicateurs de performance (KPI) au sein des divers départements
Votre profil :
- Titulaire dun master ou diplôme dingénieur ou léquivalence avec avec une formation en mécanique or microtechnique avec une spécialisation en gestion de la production / logistique
- Au bénéfice dune expérience de minimum 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, venant dun secteur industriel
- Vous êtes dune formation majoritairement en production avec de bonnes connaissances en méthodologie et outils Lean
- Vous avez une réelle appétence pour la gestion déquipe et la stratégie des opérations
- Langues : Français maternel, Anglais minimum C1 est obligatoire
