Business Analyst / Quality Architect (m/w/d)

Project : We are seeking a Business Process Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience to identify, analyze, and communicate weaknesses in business processes, organizational structures, and the use of IT and physical resources.
The role involves defining requirements for implementing enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with specialized departments to develop solution-oriented requirement specifications, considering system ergonomics.
- Develop technical foundations for project mandates.
- Analyze interactions between business processes, organizational structures, and IT / physical resources.
- Identify and document weaknesses and technical requirements.
- Develop solutions and decision-making bases from identified requirements.
- Propose optimizations for structural and functional organization.
- Translate business requirements into IT requirements.
- Handle change requests from stakeholders and project commissions.
- Define quality assurance measures and validate enterprise solutions.
- Develop and evaluate test cases; support user testing.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present findings.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Experience in test infrastructures, quality assurance plans, and test concepts
- Knowledge of application engineering and architectures
- iSQI Certified Agile Tester or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of Jira (preferred)
- Programming skills in Java
- Strong self-management abilities
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Languages :
- Primary language French : C1 Level
- Secondary language desired : English B2 Level or German B2 Level or higher
