Middle Officer

MIDDLE OFFICER

Job description :
- Check daily cash balances
- Input trade data into the in-house reporting system
- Reconciliation process with custodians banks
- Follow-up on pending trades
- Trouble-shooting with custodian banks
- Updating securities information
- Monthly download of all relevant financial documents for our clients
- Monthly filing (valuations, account statements, contract notes)
- Produce client valuations
- Private Equity reporting
Required profile :
- 3-5 years and know-how of financial instruments and markets (equities, bonds, hedge funds, equalizations shares, interests, dividends, etc)
- Private Equity understanding (capital calls, Fair Value, IRR, etc)
- Accounting experience a plus
- French and English, spoken and perfect written skills a must
- Strong organisation skills
- Able to work independently by taking initiatives and also being a fair team player
- Highly reliable and accurate with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Dynamic and Flexible
- High Level of Confidentiality is mandatory
- Good Command of usual MS Office applications, especially strong excel knowledge
- Strict attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to think outside the box
