Responsibilities

Demonstrate leadership capabilities as you oversee the Private Banking team in Geneva, setting a high bar for collaboration, professionalism, and excellence.

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance, inspiring team members to achieve their full potential and deliver results.

  • Take ownership of the bank's most valuable client relationships, fostering strong rapport and trust. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and cultivating new client relationships, leveraging your extensive network and market knowledge.

Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify potential clients, develop customized solutions, and lead the acquisition process.

  • Take a global approach to ensurepliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Exercise oversight over the implementation of robust risk management practices,bining both aprehensive understanding of global regulatory frameworks and the ability to navigate the intricate dynamics of the front and back office.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Geneva Branch, aligning it with the overall goals and objectives of the bank.
  • Identify market trends, assesspetitive landscape, and develop strategies to maintain the bank'spetitive edge.
  • Regularly assess the branch's financial and operational risks and put preventive measures in place.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager or in a similar leadership position in the banking sector.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Strong customer orientation with the capability to handleplex situations.
  • Proven track record in Private Banking, with significant experience in relationship management and business development.
  • Capability to develop, establish, and sustain relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements andpliance frameworks in the banking industry.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
