RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Position Overview

The Support Engineer is part of the Kryptus Switzerland team, reporting to the head of the Swiss office with a dotted line report to the HQ Support and Deployment Group. He / She will be responsible for installations of Kryptus solutions at customers and partners in the entire region, which comprises of the whole world except Americas. He / she will also be responsible for technical support of customers and partners, as well as setting up and maintaining Kryptus labs and internal systems that are located in the region. The candidate will often have to perform on his own and solve situations.

The position will demand regular direct contact with customers and partners, remotely and locally, relatively frequent traveling is required. We provide complex technology and systems, and the candidate must be comfortable with constant learning and self-learning. The candidate would also dispense technical trainings. Elements of solution architecture and pre-sales can allow the candidate to evolve his career while in this position.
