Your Role :

Support various business areas and ensure a positive client experience.

Oversee the onboarding of institutional clients and their asset managers, including product setup and coordination of securities migration by working with our settlements teams, external custodians, and counterparties.

Handle the screening, sorting, preparation, population, and filing of contracts to assist client advisors and relationship managers.

Plan and execute asset transfers for clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as settlements teams, sub-custodians, counterparties, and asset managers.

Your Team : You will be part of the Asset Servicing team within the Migration & Due Diligence project, focusing on integrating clients from one bank to another. Asset Servicing offers institutional and professional clients a comprehensive multi-manager / multi-broker platform with a wide range of post-trade, connectivity, and other value-added services, including access to diverse markets and digital insights into their entire investment portfolio.

Your Expertise :

at least 6+months of banking / financial experience.

Proficiency in English and German is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Creative, flexible, and logical problem-solving skills.

Interest in digitalization and technology.

Strong understanding of finance-related data.

Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines.

Capable of working independently with provided instructions and templates.
