Job Title : Team Leader Facility

Location : Switzerland

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader Facility with a background in aviation and facility management to work in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with aviation standards, and leading a team of facility staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage facility maintenance and operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Oversee the maintenance of aviation-related equipment and infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and standards.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

Manage and train facility staff, providing leadership and support.

Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.

Monitor and report on facility performance, addressing any issues that arise.

Maintain accurate records of facility operations and maintenance activities.

Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facilities.

Requirements :

Proven experience in facility management, preferably within the aviation industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Valid driving license.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.

Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.

Education :

A relevant degree or certification in facility management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience :

Several years of experience in a supervisory role within facility management.

Experience in aviation facilities management is highly desirable.
