Job Opportunity : VIP Nanny for International Family in Switzerland
About the Role
On behalf of our partner agency in Switzerland, we are delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and professional nanny to join a warm, kind, and generous international family. This family is looking for a caring, flexible, loving and fun nanny for their thriving baby girl, who is nearly 12 months old. The role is based primarily in Switzerland, with some travel. It is sole and shared care. up to 40 hours per week. Regular hours, but some flexibility needed when overseas (only to swap hours around not to work more)
They employ a full time housekeeper and a part-time cook.
The family has 2 very friendly dogs.
Working hours : 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
Driver : Preferable
Salary : Competitive salary (CHF 75,000 - 95,000 per year)
Visa : EU passport required / right to work in Switzerland
Expectations and duties
We are looking for someone with a good amount of experience handling babies who is kind, positive, professional and flexible. As the mother, I am very hands on and loves spending as much time as possible with my daughter, but I need help to look after and manage everything having to do with my daughter. I am looking to return to work. (mum doesn't micro-manage and she is VERY lovely)

The family will offer the successful candidate a competitive salary and five weeks of paid vacation. A local nanny would be great, but the family is able to provide the nanny with her own private accommodation in the local town.
Requirements
Native level fluency in French or Italian strongly preferred, but not an absolute requirement for the right nanny.
Warm, easy-going, and kind personality, with a genuine love for children.
Non-smoking position.
Strong communication skills
Plenty of experience caring for babies and toddlers, with the ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Patient and creative in engaging young children, introducing games, and spending time outdoors.
Physically active and enjoys outdoor activities,
Flexible and adaptable to the family’s schedule, including occasional changes in parents’ work hours or plans.
Excellent organisational skills and experience packing and unpacking, travelling with children and families.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized personal space if living in.
Ability to work collaboratively with parents when they are present at home.
Up to date criminal background check.
Full driving licence and able to drive locally - preferred
Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate
Right to work in Switzerland (EU or Swiss passport)
Good references for recent and relevant nanny work
Childcare qualifications
Able to run after and lift small children
