Are you a seasoned professional passionate about optimizing supply chain processes within a dynamic team? We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM / WM Consultant to join us.

You'll manage SAP WM / EWM solutions in our freshly migrated SAP S4 / HANA System, driving efficiency and improving supply chain operations.

Success at Franke relies on a standardized and lean system architecture with SAP S4 / HANA at its core. This requires the whole team to work within our standards, prevention of additional custom developments, and the pursuit of globally standardized solutions.

A key initiative is the roll-out of SAP TM (Transportation Management) as a strategic element of our SCM processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Design processes within the complex Franke Enterprise Architecture across team boundaries and modules
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP EWM / WM & TM related topics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions
  • Take over project or sub-project leadership roles
  • Manage project timelines as well as budget and resources
  • Drive for standardization and standard solutions; prevention of local developments
  • Adapt, learn and improve the environment of Franke divisions
  • Take or prepare decisions within your field of expertise
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Working within an agile framework with user stories, acceptance criteria and sprints / releases
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules

Your skillset

  • Degree in computer science, business information systems or business administration
  • At least 7 years professional experience as a SAP consultant in WM / EWM
  • Professional experience as a SAP consultant for SAP TM is an advantage
  • Fluent business English is a requirement
  • Organized and goal-oriented working style, resilient, proactiveand solution-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, assertive and team spirited
  • Ability to present complex subjects in a simple manner
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical aspects
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional & international teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Understanding of business processes and how the application supports the business process
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving technologies
