Office and Clinical Development Coordinator ?????? POSITION SUMMARY Our client, a biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage daily operations of the Basel office and provide administrative support to Clinical Development projects on a contract basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Office & Facilities
- Oversee daily Basel office operations and organization
- Manage office supplies and facilities-related service providers, including landlord and vendors
- Coordinate facilities requests and maintain office correspondence and incoming post
Administrative, HR & IT Support
Support HR administration, including onboarding activitiesSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize internal events as neededMaintain digital files and records, including Basel Office SharePointCoordinate with IT on office equipment, employee hardware requests, and company repositoriesClinical Development Support
Coordinate Clinical Development materials and documentation reviewsOrganize and support Clinical Development meetings, including minutes distributionCoordinate consultant contracting via vendors or directlyProvide general administrative support to Clinical Development teamsQUALIFICATIONS
Experience in office and facilities management, preferably in healthcare or biopharmaceutical settingsExperience working in a multicultural, English-speaking environmentStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German and EnglishProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Forms)Good working knowledge of IT hardware and audiovisual equipmentHigh attention to detailExperience supporting clinical teams is a strong plus
