The Global Talent Development team collaboratively designs and manages a portfolio of products, programmes and experiences that cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development throughout Kuehne+Nagel within the Corporate Global Talent Development Strategy.
Your Role
As a Manager in the Global Talent Development organisation, you will play a key role in executing the strategic initiatives outlined by the Corporate Global Talent Development Strategy.Collaborating closely within the global team and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization, you will support global initiatives by delivering high-quality solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Talent Processes & Succession : Review and optimize HR systems / modules for the Talent Life-Cycle, upskill HR admins, and design / implement succession frameworks tailored to KN’s needs.
- Succession Planning : Define focus groups, test markets, and align with TD priorities to design future-ready succession initiatives.
- Future Skills Development : Coordinate with BU / FUs to identify and integrate future skills pathways, focusing on learning through experience and collaboration.
- Portfolio Management : Design, adapt, and maintain materials for the Global Talent Development portfolio, aligning with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration.
- Portfolio Development & Testing : Develop, test, and pilot portfolio items to ensure functionality, usability, and user experience.
- Go-Live Monitoring : Monitor performance, gather feedback, manage change control, and drive continuous improvement for initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication : Create communication plans, execute the Global Talent Strategy, and ensure visibility and alignment with stakeholders.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Lead a diverse team across time zones, promote mentorship, and act as a key contact for global TD initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
Your Skills and Experiences
University degree or similar level of education or commensurate work experience.More than 3-5 years’ experience in HR, in leading roles.Experience in design and implementation of talent, learning and development products, programmes and experiences.Experience in any logistics company and basic knowledge of supply chain and / or freight forwarding.Good Reasons to Join
