What You'll Do :

As a key member of the business analysis team, you’ll be instrumental in developing and enhancing a leading investment management solution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to :

Analyze and evaluate customer and market needs across portfolio analysis, performance calculations, order management, investment compliance, fund accounting, and more.
Define technical roadmaps and manage backlogs to drive strategic development.
Design, implement, and oversee solutions, ensuring their seamless integration.
Develop and review technical concepts, oversee implementations, and support rigorous testing.
Serve as the go-to technical expert for both internal teams and clients.
Optionally, take on responsibilities as a product owner or support business development efforts.

What You Bring to the Table :

A degree in economics, natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally within the financial sector.

Solid understanding of investment processes, with expertise in fund accounting or fee calculations being a plus.

A strong technical mindset and experience in agile collaboration with software development teams.

A track record of successful project management and product development.

Exceptional communication skills in German (fluent) and English (proficient).

A proactive, quality-oriented approach and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork.
