Aufgaben
- Führung der unterstellten Betriebe : Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs, Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
- Strategische Planung : Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Betriebsstrategien zur Steigerung der Effizienz, Produktivität und Rentabilität der verschiedenen Bereiche.
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten hinsichtlich der Betriebe und deren Positionierung am Markt
- Personalmanagement : Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Betriebsleitern und Mitarbeitern, um exzellente Leistung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung sicherzustellen
- Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement : Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und Ressourcenallokation der Betriebe, um die übergeordneten Unternehmensziele zu erreichen
- Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden und Dienstleistungsempfängern der Betriebe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Finance & Controlling und der internen Rechtsabteilung
Profil
- Sie haben einen Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Führungserfahrung eines oder mehrerer Betriebe in der chemischen oder chemienahen Industrie
- Sie bringen optimalerweise Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche mit : Energieproduktion und -verteilung, Recycling, Infrastruktur, HLK, Medien, Abwasseraufbereitung, Lösungsmittelaufbereitung, Facility Management und Logistik
- Sie bringen nachweisliche Erfolge in der Betriebsführung und -optimierung mit
- Sie verfügen über starke Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ihr Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen in der Chemieindustrie ist umfassend
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und strategisches Denkvermögen würden Sie als Ihre Stärke bezeichnen
