Senior Event Concept Designer & Creative Writer

The Company is looking for a Senior Event Concept Designer & Copywriter with 5+ years of proven experience in conceptualizing and writing for a wide range of events—from exclusive high-end experiences in the luxury sector to large-scale corporate events.

This position requires both expertise and passion for:

• Conceiving unique event experiences
• Developing high-end content and presentations
• Collaborating with internal teams to bring ideas to life

Responsabilities

• Design insightful experiential concepts based on client briefs, ensuring they meet strategic objectives
• Transform these concepts into compelling presentations, including narrative, full guest journeys, experiences, implementation plans, and visualizations
• Support and inspire creative teams by providing key inputs for 3D roughs, artistic direction/scenography, communication assets, etc.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in event concept design and copywriting
• Strong creative sense and a deep understanding of luxury codes
• Proven ability to develop concepts that combine relevance, innovation, and impact
• Attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken English and French
