We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for an exciting opportunity in Bern, Switzerland.
As a Senior Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and defining IAM requirements for our client in the Life Sciences sector.

- Analyze business processes and requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).

- Assist in the design and implementation of IAM solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills :
- Proven experience in an IAM environment.
- Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in German (certification required) and proficient in English (3D onsite in Bern, Switzerland, near the main station).
