For our client a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for aGLAS Data Maintenance Support (m / f / d).

Background

The perfect candidate is anyone in-between studies looking for hands-on Data maintenance and GMP experience. This role is designed to help clean up data for the External Quality Processes department. It is a great first experience as an entry into Pharma and Supplier data maintenance.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• GLAS Data Maintenance (Maintain and update data in GLAS data systems)
• GMP Training (Train the teams (like Procurement and Finance) who work with the GLAS on the new rules and how to keep the data clean.)
• GMP Documentation (Track how the cleanup is going and report the results to management regularly)
• Ensuring data integrity (Put checks in place to prevent bad or incomplete information from entering the GLAS in the first place)
