Senior accounting specialist

Are yougraduated in in accounting, Finance, or related field and a relevant businessexperience in accounting?

Responsibilities

• Managegeneral ledger activities
• Overseefixed asset accounting: setup, depreciation, and reconciliation betweensub-ledgers and the general ledger
• Supportmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Preparefinancial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Assist inbalance sheet analysis, intercompany transactions, and reserve calculations
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and systems
• Maintaindocumentation of accounting policies and procedures
• Liaise withauditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, orrelated field
• 5 or more years of relevant business experiencein accounting
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong understanding of accounting principlesand financial statements
• Knowledge of Swiss statutory regulationenabling the proper accounting for the preparation
• of the financial statements
• Knowledge of Swiss VAT and statutoryregulations for VAT calculation and VAT returns
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizationalskills
• Availability for business travel
