Job Title : Funds Sales – Swiss External Asset Managers (EAMs)

Overview
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused professional to join our client's sales team, covering Swiss External Asset Managers (Independent Wealth Managers) across Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening relationships, expanding market share, and driving sales of our fund solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Swiss External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Independent Wealth Managers throughout Switzerland.
- Promote and distribute the firm’s fund offerings.
- Identify client needs, and deliver high-quality client service.
- Work closely with portfolio managers, product specialists, and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and effective follow-up.
- Proactively monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the Swiss EAM sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets in line with business objectives.
Requirements
2–10 years of experience in fund sales, structured products, or other financial product distribution to Swiss External Asset Managers.Solid knowledge of the Swiss EAM / Independent Wealth Manager landscape, with an existing network considered a strong advantage.Strong understanding of investment products, asset management, and wealth management practices.Proven track record of business development and sales execution in Switzerland.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.Team player with entrepreneurial drive, client-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.What We Offer
