Introduction

We are looking to recruit for a well-known family business

Hotel Manager

for two boutique hotels in the Alps in French-speaking Switzerland.

The two hotels, with 30 and 15 rooms respectively, are holiday hotels located in a tourist destination with a strong restaurant business. The main clientele is made up of individuals, with a high percentage of regulars.

Your tasks

Your role

  • General management of the two establishments
  • To guarantee an exceptional customer experience by offering a personalized and attentive service.
  • Use your sense of welcome and human contact to create memorable stays.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations (accommodation, catering, maintenance) with particular attention to detail and quality.
  • Responsibility for the budget and effective cost management
  • Marketing the hotel in the relevant online and offline channels; increasing occupancy, sales and revenue is a common goal
  • Managing and inspiring a team dedicated to excellence, recruitment and development of skilled staff
  • Defining, ensuring and raising quality standards and certifications
  • Evaluating and reflecting on customer feedback, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and increasing ratings
  • Guarantee of an impeccable hotel infrastructure
  • Quality control in all operational and administrative department

Your profile

Your profile

  • Several years' management experience in the hotel industry
  • Professional experience in the catering industry
  • A shared passion for customer service and a keen sense of refinement .
  • Skills in management, team coordination and monitoring financial performance.
  • Versatility, dynamism and the ability to adapt to an establishment with a strong identity.
  • An agile, assertive personality with a management style that is in tune with the spirit of the times and socially competent.
