Sr. Solution Architect / Consultant (m/f/div) German speaking

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Germany. We combine technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.

JOB PURPOSE

For our business team in Hamburg, we are immediately looking for senior support in the technical consulting and development of complete solutions, target architectures, and system selections for our demanding existing and new customer projects with a focus on Enterprise E-Commerce and Enterprise DXP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical consulting regarding the overall technological solution of potential new customers ("Pre-Sales")
• Development of IT and solution architectures in the Enterprise E-Commerce and DXP environment
• Requirements management in Enterprise E-Commerce, B2C / B2B solutions, marketplaces, Enterprise CMS/DXP systems
• Critical questioning of existing IT solutions and processes as well as service/system integrations, development of migration paths
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in designing high-performance and scalable enterprise architectures as well as API design
• Many years of project experience in the development of IT and solution architectures in Enterprise E-Commerce (end-to-end)
• High level of expertise in customer management, consulting, communication with a wide variety of stakeholders (experience in technical management consulting is an advantage)
• Several years of professional experience - preferably in IT and/or IT consulting - in the field of E-Commerce including end-to-end project experience
• Experience with Enterprise E-Commerce software, e.g., Spryker, SAP CX, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or CommerceTools
• Experience with Enterprise DXP, e.g., SiteCore, Adobe Experience Manager
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or other comparable fields
