Your mission :
- Ensure Compliance : Adhere to cGMP, BPD, and EHS standards.
- Conduct QC Activities : Perform and oversee routine and non-routine quality control activities.
- Manage Deviations : Initiate and handle deviations in quality systems, ensuring proper CAPA implementation.
- Technical Problem Solving : Identify, propose solutions for, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing : Train analysts and share expertise on QC methods, systems, and equipment.
- Continuous Improvement : Propose and follow up on ideas for process and system improvements.
- Collaboration and Support : Work with QC Sciences on regulatory submissions and harmonization projects; support projects as an SME.
- Equipment and Resource Management : Manage equipment, reagents, and logbooks, and ensure availability and proper maintenance.
Your background :
You will bring solid laboratory experience, including biochemical methods such as HPLC, ELISA, enzyme activity, Western blot, etc. Through your work as a laboratory technician, you will have developed a good theoretical and practical understanding of biochemical methods and technology.Minimum level of education : CFC in laboratory / biology or other relevant scientific field.Minimum 3 years' experience in a QC laboratory in a cGMP environment for a junior position, 5 for a senior position.Experience in HPLC electrophoresis, Elisa or enzyme activity determination desirableFluent French and technical EnglishSwiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.What's on offer
