The Director of Strategy & Operations serves as a strategic thought partner and execution leader to SIR Head of Strategy Portfolio & Commercial Growth and ultimately to the SIR President. This role will drive business reviews performance reporting and executive presentations while leading strategic and cross-functional projects.

Major accountabilities :

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Planning & Business Reviews

Lead the preparation coordination and delivery of regional Business Reviews Performance Updates and Annual Strategic Planning cycles.

Develop strategic recommendations and decision support materials for senior leadership including the SLT and CEO-level reviews.

2. Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

Lead and coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives across the International Region

Drive structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to enable effective decision-making

Act as a project lead for key transformation initiatives when required

3. Operational Excellence & Governance

Ensure alignment between strategy execution and performance tracking

Partner with Corporate Strategy CCO Country Heads and Functional Heads

Minimum Requirements :

What youll bring to the role :

University degree in a scientific or business field. Advanced degree (MBA MSc or equivalent) is preferred

Fluent English (written and spoken)

10 years of experience preferably within pharmaceuticals biotech or healthcare

Strong experience in Top Tier management consulting

Proven track record in executive-level communication business planning and cross-functional project leadership

Strong analytical financial strategic thinking and storytelling skills

Excellent command of PowerPoint Excel and ideally data visualization tools

Experience working in a matrix multicultural environment across regions
