The Opportunity

On behalf of an international corporate client in Switzerland we are looking for an experienced agency-side recruiter who is ready to step into a corporate Talent Acquisition role for a 12-month assignment.

This role is ideal for recruiters coming from a headhunting or recruitment agency environment who enjoy ownership stakeholder exposure and high-quality hiring processes without giving up pace autonomy and impact.

You will work closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple Swiss locations in a hybrid setup.

Your Role

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and specialist roles in Switzerland from intake and search strategy to offer stage
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers translating business needs into effective search approaches
• Apply your agency mindset : proactive sourcing market intelligence creative search strategies and candidate engagement
• Ensure a smooth professional candidate journey including interview coordination and transparent communication
• Work with modern ATS systems LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-supported tools
• Handle multiple roles in parallel while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction
• Support local Talent Acquisition initiatives and ad-hoc recruiting projects
