Role Overview

The Technology Workstream Lead for the Transformation Program is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the integration and implementation of new technologies, within the transformation initiative.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure that the technology workstream aligns with the overall program and business objectives, delivering high-quality results and driving business transformation

Key Responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Leadership and Strategy : Lead the technology workstream by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with the overall goals of the Transformation Program.
  • Technology Integration : Oversee the integration of multiple technologies ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance.
  • Project Management : Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within scope and on time.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business & cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to communicate project status, risks, and issues, and to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure that all technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security, complying with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management : Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing technology solutions and optimizing business processes.

  • Regulatory Compliance : Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all technology implementations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall IT strategy and support implementation. Support review of IT investment allocations to ensure they are in line with IT strategy and business demand.

  • IT and functional strategies and priorities-by communicating the strategy to stakeholders and fostering feedback and engagement with strategy development.
  • Work with IT Innovation and Project Portfolio Management organizations to identify and create business opportunities.
  • Advise on the development of business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to maintaining alignment of IT roadmap / strategies~ business and functional demand and investment plans.
  • Assist with coordinating governance reviews of innovation projects and partner with IT Innovation team on innovation projects as required. Experience knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization.
  • Requirements

    Required Qualifications : " BS / BA Degree in Computer Science, business, or life science field. " 9+ years of experience as a System Analyst supporting and implementing large scale IT solutions including software deployment, business analysis, project management, process improvement, especially in the areas of Banking and Cash Management. " Experience in implementing Oracle Cash Management. Must have hands-on experience in setting up Banks, Bank Statement Imports, Bank Reconciliation processes - Cash flows. " Experience in implementing Payables bank integrations. Must have hands-on experience in setting up new Payment methods, Payment formats, and Bank Integrations. " Experience in supporting month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation in Cash Management. " Ability to handle technical tasks such as reviewing technical solutions, and troubleshooting is required. " Experience developing and supporting an integrated enterprise level ERP system, preferably Oracle EBS. " Excellent verbal and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. " Excellent documentation skills including requirements, functional and technical specifications, test scripts and validation protocols. " Strong experience supporting systems and processes utilizing GAMP5, GMP and ITIL service management. " Strong analytical skills with experience in workflow design. " Demonstrated technical understanding of application architecture to include application servers, web servers, configuration files, relational databases, SQL, and reporting applications. " MS-Office knowledge (Microsoft project, PowerPoint, Visio). Preferred Qualifications : " Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion Financial modules. " Experience in Biotechnology or Pharma industries a plus.
