You are passionate about innovation and digital transformation - so are we! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and Group-wide projects.

We don't let IT do it, we do it ourselves. Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for

• Operational responsibility and management of existing IT processes
• Ensuring the procedural and functional integrity of the IT service and IT process management landscape
• Monitoring and ensuring service quality (on the process and system side)
• Further development of the key performance indicator system for service level reporting and management
• Design and operationalization of new IT processes and IT roles
• Responsibility for the further development of the ITSM tool
• Creation and maintenance of guidelines and standards
• Development and maintenance of project, process and procedure documents
• Development and implementation of process training

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in support or consulting on ITSM processes according to ITIL®, ideally a certification as an ITIL® expert
• Experience with service management tools, ideally Matrix 42 products
• Sound practical experience in service operations and transition
• The ability to present complex technical issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Methodological confidence in the recording and design of work processes
• Experience in managing projects in the operations and service area
• Assertiveness, analytical thinking, reliability and perseverance
• Strong presentation skills and a conceptual way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
