Your role

Vos principales missions :

1-Suivi des budgets d'investissements :

-Vous assurerez le suivi du budget des investissements dans SAP (validation de la documentation et enregistrement dans SAP).

-Vous serez en charge des mises en services des projets d'investissements et de la documentation y relative.

-Vous assurerez le suivi des ICS (Internal control system) relatives aux immobilisations ainsi que le suivi des audits de nos commissaires aux comptes sur ce sujet.

2-Comptabilité Fournisseurs :

-Vous assurez le suivi des comptes fournisseurs : Pointage/lettrage en lien avec le centre de de service partagé basé à El Masnou (Espagne) et les départements de Evionnaz.

-Vous préparez les échéanciers de paiements.

3-Taches Contrôle de Gestion :

-Vous assistez le service Contrôle de gestion dans les taches de clôture mensuelle et la préparation du reporting.

4-Support à l'implémentation de notre nouvelle version SAP

-Dans le cadre de l'implémentation de SAP S4 sur les sites de Evionnaz et de St Vulbas vous assisterez l'équipe locale sur cette activité : Tests, documentation.

Your profile

• CFC employé de commerce avec formation d'Aide comptable/assistant en comptabilité.
• Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'industrie en tant que polyvalent Finance/Comptabilité.
• Connaissance essentielle de SAP.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, l'allemand est un atout.
• Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et du Pack Office.

What we do in Evionnaz

Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.

• Development and production in strict compliance with quality standards (GMPs)
• Ensuring perfect compliance with safety, health protection and environmental standards

Unique features

• 6 GMP production units (315 m³) with reactors from 0.5 to 8 m³
• 2 Pilot and Kilolab installations with reactors of up to 1,000 liters
• Flexible, multi-product production lines
• Broad portfolio of technologies: azide chemistry, organometallics, cryogenics, phosgenation and more.
