- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Monitor performance, address inefficiencies, and assist with troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.

Conduct regular audits, validations, and cleanup to maintain data accuracy.Develop and enforce data governance policies while resolving discrepancies with team members.System Optimization and Configuration :

Proven experience in an administrative support roleExperience working with HR systems or databases, including data entry and maintenancePrior experience creating or assisting with documentation and communication materialsDesirable :
Experience specifically supporting HR departments.Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).Experience coordinating or assisting with system rollouts or updates.Exposure to user training or onboarding processes9 month mission until the end of the year.
