In this role you will be accountable for :
- Responsible for application management of our CRM system SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud, with a focus on C4C Sales Cloud
- Support international implementation projects and day-to-day operations
- Define and implement interfaces to systems such as SAP S / 4HANA, Self-Service Portal, Offering Tools and e-Commerce platform, in collaboration with involved application managers and developers
- Evaluate solution concepts of CRs in terms of feasibility, risks and process / function standardization
- Specify and implement CRs, including technical specification required by developers or for interfaces
- Customize the system including documentation
- Train and transfer knowledge to key users and process owners
To succeed in this role, you will need :
