The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and building the quant technology stack for systematic trading. This role involves developing front-office systems for algorithmic trading, covering data, risk, live trading, post-trade, and infrastructure. The developer will collaborate with traders and quants to roll-out, support, and automate 24 / 7 trading strategies, integrate with DeFi venues, and onboard real-time on-chain data feeds. The role also includes working on greenfield projects and mentoring junior team members to maintain high-quality coding standards.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 3-10 years of professional experience.
  • Strong expertise in C++; Python skills are a plus.
  • Background in systematic trading / HFT is advantageous.
  • Passion for crypto and DeFi.
  • High standards in code quality and development practices.
  • Knowledge of real-time, robust, scalable, and quantitative applications.
  • Ability to architect high-throughput end-to-end systems.
  • Strong team-player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with DevOps, CICD, AWS is advantageous.
