Do you have C2-level French and B2-level English ? We're looking for motivated and solution-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon .

Youll assist French-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy all while living in one of Europes most vibrant cities.

What Youll Do

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

Maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Monday to Sunday

07 : 0023 : 00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week

24 / 7 schedule may be introduced later
