We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join one of our international clients, operating in the logistics and supply chain domain.

The role sits at the heart of integration projects between warehouses, clients, and partners, in a complex, international, delivery-focused environment.

Description

Business Analysis & Delivery

Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements with an IT-first mindset

Translate requirements into :

• User Stories
• Use Cases
• Functional specifications when required

Ensure end-to-end delivery of integration projects

Own and manage :

Acceptance criteria

Test cases and test plans

Ensure solutions are delivered, tested, and production-ready

Integration & Technical Environment

Work on system integration between :

Client warehouses

Customer systems

External partners

Strong exposure to :

APIs

Integration flows (EDI, APIs, middleware)

Software platforms and SaaS environments

Act as a bridge between Business Analysis, development teams, and technical stakeholders

Ways of Working

Operate in an Agile-inspired environment, adapted to business and delivery constraints

Focus on pragmatism and delivery, rather than strict adherence to methodology

Comfortable working in a project-driven environment, with clear objectives and deadlines

Leadership & Mentorship

Act as a Senior Business Analyst

Mentor and support other Business Analysts and developers

Share best practices and provide structure

Strong stakeholder management skills

Ability to engage, align, and bring teams along

Demonstrated people management aptitude, with a leadership-oriented mindset

Profile

Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in integration-heavy environments

Strong IT background - understands systems, development, and architecture before business

Experience working in :

Software editors / SaaS companies (a plus)

Logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environments (a plus)

Used to working closely with development teams
