StellenbeschreibungRelevant Swiss working / residency permit and / or Swiss / EU-Citizenship required Expert user of SAP MM and PP. Good knowledge of business systems and tools, such as Oracle Agile PLM, ATOM-Planisware is a plus. Good knowledge of Excel (Power BI is a plus). Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders. Organized and high accuracy and great attention to detail. Strong project management, issue identification, and problem-solving skills
Main Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Sample Request process assuring on time shipment of samples to support registration / submission process to Health Authority of the Company Affiliate.
- Coordinate Discontinuation Process of product not needed anymore assuring proper removal of product and related identifier code from all the company system.
- Find suitable samples in SAP to ensure the registration of the products and the submission to Health Authorities meet the target deadlines in collaboration with Costumer Service, Planning, Distribution and Requestor.
- Lead assigned Discontinuation projects in the Atom system and manage the discontinuation of product and material codes in Agile system. Follow-up with involved stakeholders in case of delays and to ensure a prompt resolution.
- Monitor and report on monthly Discontinuation projects and Sample requests, maintaining KPI accuracy to ensure alignment on priorities, prompt issue resolution, and identification of process improvements.
- Develop and implement KPIs for relevant processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the creation and review of procedures for key processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
