StellenbeschreibungAdvise and support on all employment law and HR-related matters to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Review and draft employment / HR, policies, rules and procedures and other legal documents.Provide guidance on labor law and employment regulations in the region.Support HR teams with employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.Analyze and interpret legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal and HR practices with organizational goals.Review emplyoment-related grievances, requests for resolutions and other internal appeals and cases in front of UN jurisdictions.A degree in law.At least 5 years of relevant experience, in an international organization or legal department of a private or public organization.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies under the ILOAT jurisdiction.Proven ability to provide legal and HR guidance effectively.Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and policies.Excellent organizational and communication skills.A 12-month temporary opportunity to contribute to impactful workHome office policy : 2-days / week
