How you help our client! As part of our team, you will take responsibility for the topic of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) from a technical and operational perspective. You will help our client to successfully place and implement the topic on the market. You lead the way in building up know-how and bring younger engineers along with you. You know the core product CATO Networks like the back of your hand and are constantly transferring the knowledge into our organisation. You take on complex customer projects from the clarification of needs to the successful completion of the migration and ensure a regulated handover of operations. During the operational phase, you remain the contact person for the engineers. In order to know exactly the needs of customers, you are regularly on site. Your Profile : Computer Science Background : University of Applied Sciences degree in Computer Science OR completed an apprenticeship (EFZ) in Systems Technology with relevant further training (CCNP, etc.) Strong Network Knowledge : Experience with large, complex LAN / WAN infrastructures connected to the cloud. Firewall Expertise : Experience working with enterprise-grade firewalls. Customer Interaction : Enjoyment of direct customer contact. Complex IT Infrastructure : Aptitude for navigating complex IT infrastructures with professional knowledge and experience. Desire for daily learning, particularly in the field of cybersecurity. Enjoyment of working with friendly and competent colleagues. Excellent spoken and written German skills.
