ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Solutions Manager in the HR applications area to join our dynamic team.
As the Business Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the successful delivery and maintenance of various HR and operational applications.
Your expertise in software architecture, integrations, APIs, and project management will be crucial in driving the organization towards efficient and effective outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Development : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to address them
Project Management : Lead and manage end-to-end solution implementation projects, including planning, resource (external and internal) allocation, budgeting, and risk management
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure effective implementation of business solutions
Process Improvement : Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Technology Evaluation : Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend appropriate solutions
Change Management : Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new business solutions across the organization
Training and Support : Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and technologie
Vendor Management : Evaluate and select external vendors or partners as necessary, and manage relationships to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Documentation and Reporting : Create comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project updates, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience (5 years) in leading application development and / or off-the-shelf application implementation projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to developer teams (internal or external)
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like JIRA Software is a plus.
Strong understanding of HRIS or ERP software architecture and design principles (SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP Payrolls experience is a plus)
Experience with relational databases and good SQL knowledge is mandatory
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
Experience with API integration or script-based automation is a plus
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
