Key responsibilities :

Act as project champion for customer projects within Lonza Drug Product Services

Lead customer communication and project coordination in collaboration with functional / project leads

Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution and control as well as increased visibility of Lonza DPS to win new customers

Warrant customer satisfaction throughout project life cycle by ensuring clear communication, facilitating issue resolution and providing timely delivery

Define and manage project scope , lean process and information flow as well as timelines in agreement functional / project leaders and ensure provision of on time in full (OTIF) deliverables

Support the proposal team during early discussions concerning potentially new projects.

Form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.

Key requirements :

Degree in Life science with strong commercial background

Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of the cost of failure both the production and the ability to fulfill customer orders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Substantial experience in parenteral drug product development or clinical supply

Results orientated and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Strong Program Management background and strong established and working business network
