Définir et maintenir la roadmap d'architecture data alignée aux priorités stratégiques.

Concevoir, déployer et faire évoluer une data platform moderne (Azure, Microsoft Fabric).

Mettre en place et pérenniser les référentiels maîtres (MDM) pour personnes, projets et lieux.

Traduire les besoins métier en solutions sécurisées, scalables et interopérables.

Assurer la cohésion des outils entre legacy, on‑premise, cloud, CRM / ERP et BI.

Piloter la livraison transverse avec data engineers, analystes BI et responsables métier.

Définir des architectures de référence, standards de modélisation et protocoles de gouvernance.

Établir une stratégie de data catalog, gestion des métadonnées et traçabilité (lineage).

Activer un self‑service BI gouverné via modèles sémantiques et exposition maîtrisée des données.

Garantir sécurité, conformité et qualité des données (Entra ID, Key Vault, GDPR), avec documentation technique.

Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent en informatique / data (ou expérience probante).

5+ ans en architecture data dans des environnements complexes / hybrides.

Conception et déploiement d'architectures et MDM en contexte entreprise, idéalement sur Microsoft Fabric.

Maîtrise d'Azure pour le design d'architectures et CI / CD avec Azure DevOps.

Intégration & pipelines : Azure Data Factory, Fabric Pipelines ; Databricks (PySpark).

Modélisation relationnelle et NoSQL (SQL Server, Cosmos DB) ; modèles dimensionnels, normalisés et Lakehouse.

Gouvernance & métadonnées : catalogues, lineage, intégration avec BI, MDM et outils de qualité.

Sécurité & conformité : Entra ID, Key Vault, PasswordState ; réglementation GDPR.

BI & analytics : Power BI, DAX, modèles sémantiques, pratiques de data product.

Capacité à influencer, vulgariser et collaborer avec dirigeants, product owners et métiers.

Français courants, bon niveau d'anglais; excellentes compétences écrites et orales.

Esprit structuré, sens du service, orientation impact et résultats.

Impact concret au service d'une mission à forte portée sociale, dans un environnement international.

Accès à une stack Microsoft de pointe (Azure / Fabric), formation / certifications et modalités de travail flexibles.
