StellenbeschreibungProvide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes, documentation). Manage and update HR databases, personnel files, and employee records. Assist with recruitment activities : posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews. Support the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR reports. Help coordinate internal trainings, events, and employee communications. Be a first point of contact for employee queries. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools. A recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of HR / administrative experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus. Fluent in French and comfortable in English.
2 days of home office.
