Programme Design and Curriculum :
- Support continuous curriculum improvement, ensuring alignment with the overall programme content, goals, and industry standards
- Develop a comprehensive plan to manage and balance student workload across the curriculum
- Manage extracurricular content, such as fireside chats
- Manage students' self-reflection tool by designing and preparing reflection questions to support student learning and self-assessment
Digital Learning :
Further develop the online, virtual content of the programme, ensuring high-quality educational materials and an outstanding learning experienceConsolidate the digital strategy for the programme and explore new technologies and toolsCoordinate with multimedia services and with faculty to oversee the production of materialsContinuous Improvement and Quality Assurance :
Coordinate the course evaluation process, including preparing, collecting, and analyzing feedback from students, as well as designing feedback sessionsActively participate in or lead projects aimed at improving the innovativeness of the programme, as well as running benchmark analysesCoordination and Administrative Tasks :
Work closely with marketing and programme management teamsPlan and support programme delivery for ETH-hosted in-person course weeksImplement and maintain a documentation and version control system to ensure that all programme materials are up-to-date and archived appropriatelyProfile
Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related fieldProven experience in higher education or in learning & development positions, ideally with experience in research and instructional designHigh affinity for new technologies and online learningStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectivelyExcellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to get things done and a hands-on attitudeFluency in English, both written and verbal; German would be an assetWorkplace
