Life Structurer / Actuary – 28439

The successful candidate will become part of a newly created specialized team that is responsible for the structuring, onboarding, and monitoring of bespoke and complex life transactions. Category : Actuarial Type : Permanent Key Duties (Including but not limited to) : Provide support to the marketing, pricing, and onboarding teams during the new business acquisition process. Participate in client meetings and strategic projects. Analyse appraisal reports, transaction documents, and policy data. Generate cash flow projections for new life reinsurance transactions. Minimum Requirements : University degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field. Experience in life insurance or reinsurance, investment banking, or financial institution consultancy. Experience in pricing and structuring bespoke reinsurance contracts or in insurance mergers and acquisitions (e.G., Mass Lapse, Earning Stabilisation, Reserve and Capital relief, etc.). Knowledge of international accounting and regulatory frameworks in the context of the life insurance industry (CH and US jurisdictions are a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
