Business Analyst with MES experience

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ideally with a strong background in DELMIA Apriso to join our team in Geneva (French-speaking part of Switzerland) supporting our client in the watch manufacturing sector.
The successful candidate would be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes and translating requirements into system enhancements and modifications of clients MES.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to define and analyze requirements for manufacturing processes to be implemented in the MES
- Document business requirements effectively to the technical team
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives
- Collaborate with the technical teams to design solutions that meet the specific needs of the manufacturing processes
- Support the technical teams in understanding the business requirements during the configuration and implementation of the MES
- Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications and processes workflows
- Train the stakeholders to use the newly implemented features
Requirements
- Proven experience in the role of a Business Analyst, specifically within the manufacturing sector, ideally within the watch making industry
- Proven experience with MES
- Experience with DELMIA Apriso is a significant advantage
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and systems integrations
- Familiarity with data analysis, business process modeling and process mapping
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively collaborate with teams
- Proven experience with requirements documentation and end-user training
- Proficiency in both English and French is a requirement
